Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Luxe Hair & Beauty by Maria is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once they have been handed to the courier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
